Revisions and refunds
One free revision
Within 14 days of delivery we will change wording, numbers, colours, a control or the readout format once, free, and return it within 24 hours. A different topic or object is a new order. More revisions cost US$39 each, also within 24 hours.

| Monthly teacher subscription or monthly Embed Unlimited | Cancel online any time from your receipt email; it ends at the end of the month you've paid for. 100% back within 14 days of your first payment if nothing has been downloaded or embedded; no part-month refunds after that |
| Yearly subscription, yearly Embed Unlimited or centre licence | 100% within 14 days if nothing has been downloaded or embedded; after that, no refund for the rest of the year |
UK and EU buyers
When you order, you ask us to start work at once and accept that the 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends once work begins or a figure is downloaded or embedded. The refunds in the table above still apply.
How to ask
Email hello@figbox.app with your order reference. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 days.
Orders we can't take
If we can't make your figure honestly or safely, we tell you within 1 working day and refund in full.
